Officer Elections
Requirements:
A certain number of hours is required to run:
Freshman: 30 hours
Sophomores: 50 hours
Juniors: 75 hours
*If you do not meet the hour requirements you may still be considered
Each person running will be required to give a short speech
Officer Duties

Attend DCMs(Divisional Council Meetings) with the rest of the officers in the 39N district(Arlington area) every month
-
Prepare and attend LEDCON(LEDCON is a big key club convention with competitions, we'll stay in a hotel and it'll be lots of fun

Attend officer events(brunch, socials, etc.)

You must be in the Key Club class

Create meeting agendas(President creates outline, editor puts it into a formatted agenda)

Submit monthly editor assignments to Texas- Oklahoma district
Treasurer

Deal with order forms and green sheets

Submit the Youth Opportunities Fund Grant from Key Club international

Outline budget and spending money

Handle and document fundraisers

Communicate with the book keeper

Update the membership update center
Historian

Create social media posts

Create/film videos for promo

Take pictures at events
